Position Overview:
As a Multifaceted Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the foundational growth of our company. Your responsibilities will span various domains, including tax overage analysis, business development, client services, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, evolving environment and is eager to wear multiple hats in a startup setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Overage Analysis: Identify and research unclaimed tax overage opportunities, analyze legal documents, and assist in the claim process.
Business Development: Engage in networking, lead generation, and client onboarding to establish and expand our client base.
Client Services: Provide exceptional customer support, maintain client relationships, and ensure the smooth processing of claims.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
Legal and Financial Aid: Assist with legal document preparation and basic financial management to support compliance and fiscal health.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven ability in research, analysis, and problem-solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
Experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with legal and financial principles related to tax overages, real estate, or similar fields is a plus.

Qualifications:
