Job Description:
As a Multilingual Chinese-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience when interacting with our company. Your strong language skills, cultural sensitivity, and exceptional communication abilities will enable you to assist and engage with our diverse Chinese-speaking customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
– Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies to customers in a clear and concise manner.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed to achieve timely resolutions.
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
– Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company’s values and maintaining a positive image through all interactions.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to help enhance our services.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
