Responsibilities:
* Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
* Edit and enhance photos and videos using Canva or similar software to maintain brand consistency and quality.
* Update website content, including product information, blog posts, and landing pages, using Squarespace or similar platforms.
* Manage and maintain the company newsletter, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging.
* Drive the marketing initiative, orchestrating the development, implementation, and enhancement of effective strategies and campaigns, culminating in comprehensive plans integrating market analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign planning.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimedia editing, web design, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in photo and video editing software, preferably Canva but open to other editing platforms such as, Adobe * Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Experience managing and updating websites using platforms like Squarespace or similar content management systems.
* Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, layout, and aesthetics.
* Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to contribute ideas and execute plans effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Prior experience in marketing, multimedia editing, or web design roles is required. Experience in yoga, health, and wellness is a plus, but not required.
* This role entails a blend of multimedia editing (60%) and marketing endeavors (40%).
