Multimedia Content Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Attention Grabbing Media is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Multimedia Content Manager to organize, classify, and manage our extensive collection of multimedia content. The selected candidate will be responsible for categorizing, tabulating, and ensuring that our vast array of multimedia content is systematically arranged for effortless access and utilization by our diverse clientele and internal teams.

OBJECTIVES:
– Efficiently classify, categorize, and tabulate large volumes of multimedia content
– Develop and implement effective systems and practices for the easy retrieval and usage of multimedia content
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all classified and cataloged multimedia content
– Assist internal teams and external clients in navigating and utilizing the multimedia content efficiently
– Collaborate with different departments to ensure the organization of multimedia content aligns with company objectives and standards
– Regularly update and maintain the multimedia content database, ensuring accuracy and relevance
– Provide training and support to users on effective navigation and retrieval of multimedia content

COMPETENCIES:
– Familiarity with various content management systems and databases
– Proficiency in organizing and cataloging multimedia content
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
– Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization
– Experience handling extensive data and multimedia content
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and content classification systems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
– No college degree is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
