Calling all Creative Powerhouses!
Ever dreamed of turning client visions into stunning campaign assets? As a Multimedia Designer, you’ll be the engine that brings creative strategies to life. You’ll take briefs from clients and strategists and translate them into a range of digital deliverables, including creative ads, both animated and static.
But wait, there’s more! If your skillset extends to video editing, audio manipulation, or illustration, you might get to flex those muscles on projects too.
In essence, you’ll be the production hub, ensuring flawless execution of creative concepts.
This role requires a meticulous approach. You’ll need a sharp eye to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards. The ability to manage multiple design tasks and adapt to changing priorities is essential. We value continuous learning and a desire to improve your design skills. While independent work is encouraged, a willingness to collaborate is also important.
We’ll be reaching out to applicants that have:
– 1-3 years experience minimum in digital graphic design.
– Formal schooling is not required but is beneficial.
– A digital portfolio or work samples are mandatory. Website preferred in order to see motion/animation examples. PDF to be considered if work is excellent.
– Strong understanding of core copywriting principles and the ability to translate written concepts into visually compelling ad assets.
– Advanced to expert-level experience with Adobe Suite
– Basic to intermediate skills in motion design, animation, or interaction design
– Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital – this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc.
– Ability to conceptualize new creatives through copywriting
What you’ll bring to the table:
– A compelling design portfolio filled with digital executions (we would love to see those Facebook & Instagram ads!)
– Strong abilities in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma and other related software
– Strong leadership and capabilities to be the forefront of our design team
– A desire to work autonomously on fast-paced projects across a wide range of industries
– Experience with asset optimization across digital, mobile, and/or video platforms
– Additional consideration given to candidates with advanced experience in: motion design or animation, Adobe Animate
– Strong preference for candidates with experience in Meta and Google advertising platforms
Salary Range: 45K-60K PHP
