Multimedia Designer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Design event materials, web graphics (email newsletters, social graphics) and other brand collateral
Create beautiful web pages that follow conversion first design for WordPress and integrate with our marketing tools such as Samcart and Active Campaign
Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion
Edit online video content, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (ie Instagram Reels)
Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs after effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
Source photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage.
Maintain a digital archive and group file storage

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of graphic design, and audio / video editing experience (editing short online videos, social share videos, and educational content for online channels like YouTube / Facebook / blogs preferred).
Experience in the full adobe cloud, including inDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro and illustrator.
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 40 wpm+)
Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design preferred. Knowledge of web design principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, responsive design, and accessibility standards also preferred.
Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom

Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 10AM – 6PM Central Time // Mondays to Fridays 11 PM to 7AM
Salary Range: PHP 50,000- PHP 70,000 monthly, Depending on experience
