At our creative agency, we cater to clients on a request basis, offering a comprehensive range of services in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. With a focus on delivering innovative and captivating visual solutions, we collaborate closely with our clients to bring their ideas to life and exceed their expectations. You will be expected to handle 3-5 SMALL – MEDIUM projects at any given time,10 per week.

Job Title: Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

– Create visually engaging designs, motion graphics, and videos tailored to clients’ specific needs and preferences.

– Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud software proficiently, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to craft high-quality multimedia content.

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain exceptional quality standards.

– Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables align with their vision and objectives.

– Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, seeking feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly.

– Demonstrate strong time management skills to optimise workflow efficiency and maximise productivity.

– Incorporate an understanding of marketing principles and current trends into design concepts to effectively engage target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a deep understanding of design principles and techniques.

– Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, demonstrating expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

– Ability to adapt to varying client preferences and project scopes, delivering creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.

– Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
