Job ScoreCard

Your performance will be measured against these Objective Key Results (OKRs):

– Takeover and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
– Create, compose, design all types of creatives – graphics, GIFs, short MP4s – that strictly observe branding, that is on point and on time – for social media, marketing, and sales campaigns, and corporate communications.
– Must also have knowledge in website design, creating newsletters, infographics.
– Contribute to the planning of photo and video shoots for on-point creatives via a Technical Shot Guide based on social media research and engagement stats as well as study and prepare these Technical Shot Guides based on the approved script and contribution to continuity
– Maintain organization; active filing/archiving system of video files, and updating these whenever needed
– Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and innovate design
– Get access to trends, hashtags, and link samples off of viral content from different platforms as a guide to the creation of creatives
– Close communication and collaboration with other departments: branding and copy, social media,
– You will be responsible for systemising all repeatable tasks in clear SOPs

You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…
– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or relevant field with a complete portfolio of all design projects. Understanding of digital and print artwork requirements
– Digital marketing and advertising experience.
– Exposure to the trade practices of global advertising agencies or advertising/ marketing campaigns in a multinational corporation.
– Mastery of the ALL Adobe Creative Suite.
– Knowledge of ALL Social Media Platforms.
– Possesses nuance to make designs from scratch with an understanding of the latest design trends
– Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design. Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.
– Strong sense of color combinations, font style selection, and layout.
– Must have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
– A flair for clear, efficient, constructive communication, both in your work and interpersonal within the team
– Team player, able to take on feedback and implement it quickly to achieve greater results and produce top notch content
– Ability to work independently on an assignment
– Ability to do transactional stuff, like research and other requirements as needed.
– A natural attraction for professional and personal self development
– A desire for ongoing training to strengthen and learn new skills
– Good at following set structures to create SOPs for all repeatable tasks
– Proficiency with other Communication and Productivity apps (Skype, Hubstaff, Clickup, Shopify, etc.)
– Strong familiarity with Google Drive suite of products (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc)

Salary and Benefits: Starting salary is set at USD$700 for the first three months and will be adjusted to USD$800 if the successful applicant passes the probationary period

Location: Remote from the Philippines

Working Hours

1 PM (Philippine Time), Monday to Friday
Working/Company Time Zone: Philippines (GMT+8)
