Multimedia Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Design web graphics (email newsletters, social graphics) and other brand collateral
• Design beautiful product/web pages that follow conversion first design in Figma
• Design brand-standard presentations and decks
• Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion
• Sourcing photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
• Work with the Social Media Manager to create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
• Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (ie Instagram Reels)
• Edit online video content, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
• Maintain a highly organized digital archive with all brand assets and graphical assets.
• Create various types of graphics/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
• Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs in After Effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of graphic design, graphical assets, and presentation materials
• Expert proficiency in Figma for design.
• Experience with video editing is a huge plus
• Experienced in the full adobe cloud, including inDesign, Photoshop, and illustrator
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 40 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
• Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Notion,, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
• Have a good sense of humor and know how to have fun!

•Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm CST// Tuesday – Saturday 5am-1pm PHT
• Salary Range: PHP 50,000- PHP 70,000 monthly, Depending on experience
