I am looking to fill the below roles for my agency:

1. Google My Business / Google Business Profile Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple clients.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of business information (hours, address, contact details).
Respond to customer reviews and questions professionally and promptly with optimized responses.
Monitor GMB analytics and report on key metrics.
Implement strategies to improve local search visibility and rankings.
Keep up-to-date with GMB updates and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing GMB profiles.
Strong understanding of local SEO and its impact on GMB.
Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Familiarity with GMB management tools is a plus.

2. Content Writer / Planning Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, articles, web pages, and social media.
Develop content strategies aligned with SEO goals and target audience needs.
Create content calendar for multiple clients that align with SEO goals
Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and engaging.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in SEO-focused roles.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in content.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to conduct thorough research and produce unique content.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Strong organizational and planning skills.

3. Off-Page SEO Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other tactics.

Collaborate with SEO and content teams to optimize strategies based on analytics.
Set up and manage goals, funnels, and custom reports in Google Analytics.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Google Analytics and Search Console.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
