Job Description:
Pex Life Records LLC is an independent record label with a strong intent on making high-quality urban music about health, personal relationships, financial literacy, peak performance, bodybuilding, meditation, and spirituality. The founder Wilmarck’s music has been described as a mix between Kanye West and Drake with a Tony Robbins subject matter. Wilmarck has built an email list of over 1000 and a Facebook following of 20,000 worldwide.

We’re looking to hire a music manager who is responsible for submitting to sync placements, and pitching proposals to songwriting job boards, keeping our books, managing contracts, and more.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The hourly rate is $3.51/hr USD. The position will start at 10 hours per week and gradually increase to 32 hours per week over a 45-day period as we train you. We will provide you with all training and your training will be paid for from here on out. All possibilities for raises are based on work performance.

Job Hiring Process/Experience Level
This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3-5 candidates to hire for a test campaign. After seeing your work, we’ll choose who to bring on to the team (Full-time). Strong English speaking/grammar (High School Graduate Level) is the only “requirement” for this position (we can train you on everything else).

First, we’ll interview you to see if we’re a good match for the audition. You’ll then be contacted in 48 hours for rejection or exception to audition. Once all 3-5 candidates are chosen for the audition each candidate will be invited to a video chat for day 1 of the audition.
