Teaching at a well-known California Community College, we are located in Silicon Valley, California, next to Google, Apple, Facebook, Stanford University, etc.

We need help with our online classes and growing our 501(3)(c) nonprofit charitable organization.

If you love Music, Technology, Media Production, Education, and Computers and love to learn new things working with a CREATIVE Team, this is an AMAZING job!

Requirements
Experience editing with Notion app, creating pages and managing websites built with Notion.
Strong English skills (written and spoken)
Prefer a minimum of 5 years work experience
Solid, Fast Internet Connection
Large Computer Monitor (2 screens preferred)
Good audio quality for Zoom meetings (no webcam needed)
Google Sheets – You must be VERY skilled with spreadsheets
MediaWiki Markup Syntax – This is easy to learn
File management – must be VERY organized
Dropbox – must have a solid understanding of Dropbox
Slack – we use for communication
Team Viewer – for remote access to my computers
Computer Skills – must be VERY computer literate
HTML – some knowledge is preferred
Strong English writing skills
A lot of this work is simple, data entry and administrative tasks
It’s appreciated if you have some type of spiritual practice because we believe in high powers and ask for blessings of guidance, protection, and illumination!

Schedule
Schedule is FLEXIBLE. It is best is we can start with synchronous work – so we have to coordinate our time zone availability. My Time Zone is Pacific Time (San Francisco or Los Angeles time). But we work until very late, often until 2AM Pacific Time. So, we will be fine working together with you in the Philippines.

Full time or part-time is OK!
