MARKETING MANAGER

My Amazon Guy is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team! My Amazon Guy, a leading agency specializing in helping Amazon sellers and brands achieve sales growth, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for managing projects related to filling our sales funnel with qualified leads of Amazon sellers who need our services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads and contributing to the overall growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Optimization and Performance (SEO):
– Own the strategy and execution of SEO to enhance website visibility and performance.
– Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to improve user experience and conversion rates.
– Manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Lead Generation:
– Develop and implement effective advertising strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation.
– Utilize a variety of marketing channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and other relevant tactics.
Outbound Marketing & Inbound Marketing:
– Own outbound marketing initiatives to attract potential clients.
– Serve as a primary stakeholder for inbound marketing efforts, ensuring alignment and consistency across all channels.
Social Media Content and Management:
– Oversee the creation and management of social media content to engage and grow our audience.
Reporting:
– Prepare regular progress reports, project status updates, and post-mortem analyses, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
– Monitor and analyze project performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management:
– Plan, execute, and manage marketing projects focused on filling the sales funnel with qualified leads.
– Collaborate with the marketing team and report directly to the VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, strategies, timelines, and budgets.
– Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the agency’s standards.
– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
– Make tactical decisions and adjustments as needed to optimize project performance and maximize lead generation results.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into project management strategies.
Sales Alignment:
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with their needs and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for conversion.
Team Management:
– Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
– Ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines, and facilitate effective collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in marketing or project management, with a focus on managing marketing projects and driving lead generation.
– Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and team-building skills.
– Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion, delivering measurable results.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to create project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets effectively.
– In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, partnerships, etc.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize project performance and improve lead-generation outcomes.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving successful project outcomes.
– Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem and knowledge of Amazon seller needs and pain points is a plus.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, project management, or a related field is preferred.

Note: While this position focuses on managing marketing projects related to lead generation, it does not directly serve Amazon sellers. The goal is to generate leads from Amazon sellers who require our agency’s services.

MARKETING ASSOCIATE AND CONTENT SPECIALIST

Are you a creative and organized marketing professional? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us grow our online presence. As a Marketing Associate and Content Specialist at My Amazon Guy, you will be a key player in our marketing department and you will have the opportunity to shape our digital voice and engage with our audience through compelling content and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Update courses on MAG School as instructed or needed
– Create blog posts to drive traffic to the company’s website
– Organize the Social Graphics Google Drive Share
– Creating newsletters for MAG and My Agency Guy LinkedIn pages
– Participates in various meetings regarding the enhancement of modules, courses, areas of opportunity, and other pertinent information as needed related to MAG School.
– Develop new opportunities for social media, blog, and other content
– Act as a subject matter expert for Amazon within the department
– Work on miscellaneous copywriting-related projects
– Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and clients to accomplish tasks and projects timely
– Be readily available to take on other projects as assigned
– Any related marketing tasks as assigned by executives or the team lead.
– Respond to client emails and find solutions to their problems.
– Social Account Engagement
– Reach out to MAG School followers, readers and supporters
– Reach out to Amazon Selling Chronicles and Amazon Agency Blueprint subscribers, readers, and supporters

Qualifications:
– 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
– Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
– Experience with email marketing tools and analytics.
– Ability to organize and manage digital assets efficiently.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices.
– Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a huge plus!
– Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
