We are an expanding company focused on retail and distribution within the United States. We are currently looking for a skilled and driven National Account Manager for a Beauty Brand (Business Development Manager) to join our rapidly growing beauty brand team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare. As a National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include cultivating and fostering relationships with pharmacies and beauty stores, promoting and selling our products, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients, such as beauty salons, spas, and retailers
Promote and sell our products to clients by conducting product demonstrations and providing comprehensive product information
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
Represent our brand and products at trade shows and events
Attain sales targets and provide sales performance reports to the management team
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales and marketing strategies
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven professional experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving high sales targets
A genuine passion for beauty and skincare
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with hands-on experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to utilize time tracker software
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to multitask
Strong work ethic and the ability to contribute effectively to a team
Self-motivated and resourceful
Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and minimal errors
This is for a full-time position with a pay rate of $15/hour. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and candidates must be open to working in different time zones.
