Job Overview:
The Manager of Native Ads and Advertorial Optimization will be responsible for the development, execution, and continuous optimization of native advertising campaigns and advertorial content. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of native advertising platforms, content marketing, and data-driven optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Native Advertising Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive native advertising strategies across various platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display).
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate native ads with broader marketing campaigns.
Identify and capitalize on new native advertising opportunities to expand reach and drive conversions.
Advertorial Content Creation:
Lead the creation of compelling and persuasive advertorial content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, engaging, and informative content.
Develop content briefs, outlines, and guides for internal and external content creators.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
Oversee the day-to-day management of native advertising campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creatives, headlines, and placements for maximum ROI.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality ad creatives and content.
Maintain strong relationships with native advertising platform representatives to stay updated on best practices and new features.
Collaborate with the analytics team to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators.
Budget Management:
Manage the native advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor spend and performance to ensure campaigns are within budget and delivering expected results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on native advertising and content marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful native advertising campaigns and advertorial content.
Strong understanding of native ad platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo Gemini, etc.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience in building funnels in Clickfunnel or Funnelish
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising and other digital marketing channels.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to content marketing.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
