Native Ads Media Buyer – High Salary – Long Term Opportunity With EQUITY – Extensive Experience Required

Requirements:

-Experienced in managing native ads for 8 or 9 figure brands, possibly in the United States.
-Interested in committing to a long term opportunity

The Company:

We are a brand at its first stage, our market is the United States and we are in the hearing loss niche, currently building the infrastructure to launch the business, hiring, figuring out the product, doing market research, etc.
Me, the founder, already owns another business making around 4M USD per year in Italy, but now I am going to take it to the next level with this new brand.
We will hit 9 figures (100M+ USD) per year by April 2027, and we are going to hit such rapid growth thanks to having an amazing product, cutting edge direct response marketing and an amazing team of growth oriented A players that want to become extremely wealthy with me.

The Job:

We are looking for a media buyer that has extensive experience managing native ads for 8 or 9 figure brands. You will be in charge of everything related to media buying regarding native ads.
We are looking to hire someone with huge goals, interested in constantly growing as an individual and to take the company to the highest levels achievable on Native and help us reach the financial goals that we have set.

Equity:

A quick touch on equity as well:
As soon as we hit certain targets, and after a while of working together, I am planning to roll out equity to the key players in our company, especially as soon as it is clear what type of value is being brought to the company.
This is what I am referring to when I mean this will be a long term opportunity, because it won’t just be a well paying position in the short term, but as we will exit after we hit 9 figures in yearly revenue, everyone that came into the company in the beginning, and helped growing the company, is going to get a piece of that.

Again my (the founder) personal goal for this company is to become extremely wealthy and to make everyone in the team wealthy as well.

Working Hours:

This won’t apply to you, you can have whatever schedule you prefer.

Salary:

The Salary is extremely dependent on your background and the value that you are going to provide to the company from day one. The higher the value you are going to provide, the higher the salary.

Plus we might consider dividing the salary in 2 parts, a fixed one and a performance based one, but everything will be discussed before we proceed to find a deal structure that is fair for both parties.

Anyway, long story short, we have no issues paying you VERY WELL if the value brought is very high, and as the results delivered are very high as well, we have no issues increasing the salary.
