Job Summary:
As a Native Arbitrage Media Buyer at Onramp Lab, you will be responsible for strategizing, initiating, and executing digital advertising campaigns to drive income and return on investment. You will supervise and implement Paid Social strategies, identify opportunities for revenue growth in Social Media advertising, and continuously conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates. Additionally, you will compile campaign data, deliver performance presentations, and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing. Your collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams will contribute to the formulation and assessment of campaign strategies. Responsibilities:
•Strategize, initiate, and carry out digital advertising campaigns aimed at boosting income and return on investment.
•Assess, supervise, and impeccably implement Paid Social strategies to enhance campaigns, oversee finances, scrutinize data, and deduce valuable insights.
•Spot fresh prospects for amplifying revenue and profitability within the realm of Social Media advertising avenues.
•Execute A/B tests on advertisements and landing pages continuously, aiming to enhance and perfect conversion rates.
•Compile campaign data and produce reports summarizing campaign effectiveness to derive further actionable insights.
•Deliver presentations on campaign performance to both direct team members and colleagues from other departments.
•Remain updated on emerging technologies and trends in paid social and digital marketing, contributing innovative and strategic suggestions to the team.
•Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams during the formulation of campaign strategies and assessment of performance.

Requirements:
•2+ years of experience in digital advertising directly related to social media (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with an emphasis on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPC, ROI, ROAS)
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a qualitative field such as economics, math, statistics, finance, etc.
•Practical hands-on experience in campaign management and fine-tuning
•A comprehensive grasp of real-time bidding auctions and bidding methodologies
•Effective interpersonal and oral communication capabilities, coupled with clear and articulate expression both verbally and in writing
•Superior organizational aptitude enabling adept handling of multiple tasks
Outstanding analytical prowess, characterized by meticulous attention to detail
•A self-reliant individual with adept time management and organizational proficiencies
•Proficiency in recognizing patterns and transforming data into actionable business perspectives and theories
•Inherent self-initiative and determination to achieve success
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
