Job Description

I’m running the best paid performance company in Scandinavia, and now we are launching
a new department towards the United States.

We are looking for a top performing A-player, who wants to become an A+ player in the long run.

(Our target market will be CEOs for companies with 10 or more employees in a specific niche.)

If you are accepted for the position, it will start with a part-time position.

If you keep doing a great job over time, it can transition into a full-time position.

Over the long run, if you keep delivering great results, and you are hungry to grow with the company, and you deliver great results over time with top performance, you will have the ability to be promoted to the team leader for the team of ninja virtual assistants (who are all A+ players).

WHY does this position require a native English-speaking person?

Because, I firmly do believe that virtual assistants from the Philippines are some of the best workers in the world.

And, I want to train our team of ninja VAs, so we can totally crush all US-based companies when it comes to delivering our services, even though their team consists of 100% natural English-speaking workers.

ALL training will be given.

What is a customer success manager?

It’s a fancy pancy word for saying that you are the face of the company, and you will have ALL communication with our US-based clients.

Requirements:
– Native English-speaking
– You write and speak English fluently
– You are good at communication

In the beginning, the main focus will be the following:
– You will be the face of the company towards our US-based clients
– You will have all written communication with US-based clients
– You will do video meetings with US-based clients
– You will do ALL communication between the US-based clients and our technical ads team
– You will be responsible for onboarding new US-based clients
– You will be responsible for following up with our US-based clients
– You will be responsible for our US-based clients to be happy (within reasonable boundaries)

However, it is a BIG plus, if you have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
– You have experience working with US-based clients
– You have experience with project management
– You have experience being a customer success manager
