Need a Graphics Design / Midjourney AI Designer FAST

Hello! I am hiring 1 graphics designer to my team. I need someone that is very experienced with AI image generation, specifically I want to focus on using Midjourney on Discord.

You’ll be creating images with AI that will be used on our advertisements on Facebook and other platforms. I specifically want someone that is very teachable, because I’m going to spend a lot of time training you on exactly what type of images I am looking for.

You will be required to spend your shift inside Discord, and generating and improving lots and lots of images for me to use in the ads.

I need someone that is CREATIVE who can look at an example I give, and using AI create me similar images that I can use.

I need someone VERY teachable – because like I said I will invest a lot of time into training you and supporting you to do your job.

You need to be experienced with AI tools. Ideally, I want someone who is an expert with Midjourney. But if you have skill with other AI tools, or you are a graphics designer thats very familiar with Discord, that would be fine too.

You will not be required to work any specific hours – I just want the job to get done well. Ideally though, you would overlap with me at some points so I can spend time working with you and training you. I am usually available from 9 am Eastern Standard Time to 9 pm Eastern Standard Time.

This will be a very stable and secure job and income for you, because I always need new images made. I could never have too many images.

The style of image that I like is similar to something that looks like a real photo, something you would see as a thumbnail on an article on a news website, or on an article. Once we get started I will show you and teach you exactly what I’m looking for, but if you have any examples like that please attach them so I can see.
