We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline advocate for our clients, providing world-class customer service and ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an essential part of this commitment, making a tangible impact on the lives of individuals seeking reliable healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Deliver unparalleled customer service, resolving inquiries with efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution or appropriate escalation.
-Offer clear product and program info using call scripts, FAQs, and updated training materials.
-Communicate accurately and consistently, ensuring effective client interactions.
-Escalate calls to external departments when needed for seamless issue resolution.
-Adhere to client regulations, including adverse events, product quality, and HIPAA protocols.
-Manage project tasks, like calls and documentation, efficiently and on time.
-Complete required training and maintain records, staying updated with industry standards.
-Gather and record customer details meticulously in CRM systems or forms.
-Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and clients to share insights and best practices.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
-2+ years of customer service experience in the nursing care or pharmaceutical field.
-Proven record handling US inbound customer calls, showcasing problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Proficient with technology, PCs, and databases.
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
-Effective multitasking, organization, and decision-making abilities.
-Exceptional customer service and soft skills.
-Goal-oriented mindset, exceeding metrics with a commitment to excellence.

-Background in nursing care and the pharmaceutical Industry
