Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Create, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, ad copywriting, and budget management.
Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant audiences, including geographical targeting, demographic targeting, and interest-based targeting, to ensure that ads are reaching the right prospects.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to identify the most effective strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with our design team to create visually compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients’ properties and services.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with realtor clients to understand their business objectives, provide updates on campaign performance, and gather feedback to refine advertising strategies.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in Facebook advertising and the real estate industry to ensure that our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing Facebook ad campaigns for real estate clients, with a track record of delivering measurable results such as lead generation, increased website traffic, and improved conversion rates.
Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager: Proficiency in navigating Facebook Ads Manager, setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, creating custom audiences, and interpreting campaign performance metrics.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Creative Thinking: Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad strategies, compelling ad creatives, and persuasive ad copy that resonate with the target audience.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, collaborate with team members, and present campaign performance reports.
