**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist with expertise in the SPS Commerce Marketplace, as well as experience in managing product listings on Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro platforms. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SPS Commerce operations along with proficiency in handling orders across multiple e-commerce channels.

**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize SPS Commerce platform to manage product listings and inventory across various online marketplaces, including Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro.
– Ensure accurate and timely addition of products to Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro platforms, adhering to their specific requirements and guidelines.
– Monitor and update product information, pricing, and availability as needed on Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro.
– Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction for all platforms.
– Collaborate with the team to obtain necessary product data and resolve any issues related to product listings.
– Analyze sales performance and market trends across Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro to optimize product listings and drive revenue growth.
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly for all platforms.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience working with the SPS Commerce Marketplace, with a focus on adding products to Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro platforms.
– Strong understanding of Wayfair, Shopify, and Zoro order management systems and processes.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in e-commerce software, including Shopify, and Microsoft Office suite.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
