Cold Callers Job Description:

Our company is looking to hire 10 high-level very good English speaking Cold Callers. I need you to be available full-time to work for my company your job will be lead generation for my clients

so basically I will open up a campaign with a client and inside that campaign should have two lead managers and however much amount of cold collars inside of that campaign I need a company to do this or I need in individuals that are dedicated hard-working and willing to work with me and build this empire and it’s very strong team

If you are experienced in cold calling you have to know about real estate you have to know about wholesale real estate you have to be knowledgeable in the field of lead generation and knowing how to use CRM‘s and knowing how to use Podio or pipeline or pipe drive or REI reply, send me your voice reading a seller script, I will know if you are serious because that means you actually read what I just wrote okay so lets keep on going.

I need someone that knows everything there is to know about a Lead generation and follow up and good English and very reliable and hard-working and doesn’t call out and won’t stop anyone from succeeding and has a very strong mindset and wants to make really good money with the strong team

Acquisitions Agents Job Description:

Using acquisitions and and so we know that they understand completely what the job inquires and necessary things that need to be done in order to have a successful deal. Get locked up using DocuSign. I would like to confirm that anyone who is doing acquisitions has experience in speaking with sellers with negotiation with sellers with following up strongly in a nice timing. Manner with Seller is sending documents via Doc you sign running numbers as in pulling comps and comparables for nearby properties to get it, estimated offer amount and a maximum offer amount this type of information you can easily find on YouTube of course just by typing in what is the ARV of a property or by typing how to find an ARV but I would definitely like this acquisitions person to know how to use batch leaves in order to pull comps and evaluate properties quickly. Also, it would be good if they knew Zillow and propstream in our aware of all of these things also die, losing mojo, dialer, batch, REI, reply, call tools, and so on.

Hourly Rate: $4-6 depending on the experience.
