NEEDED: Full-time Sales Team Assistant for US Based Hours

We are looking to bring on a full-time position for a Sales Team Assistant at our US based marketing agency. Please do not look any further if you are not willing or do not want to be a part of a TEAM or more importantly FAMILY. Our company is the premier growth partner for Tree Care companies in the Us and we help change lives and business by helping them achieving their goals through paid advertising and business coaching.

Our team is seeking a hardworking, team oriented individual that wants to work at a company where they have the opportunity to grow into other roles and get paid to take on more responsibility. We care about growth and want you excelling with the team and being very involved in every step of the sales process.

Job Requirements include:

– Graveyard Shift (9-5pm EST business hours)
– Must have working internet with limited issues outside of weather
– Speak good English and have good audio for meetings
– Must COMMUNICATE with the team through the day as items are being completed and delegated
– Must have a “CAN DO” attitude and show up on time ready to make an impact

Job description:

– Work directly with and support the sales team so they can just stay on the phone or in meetings
– Meeting Notes through Voicemail Transcribing
– Setting Task Reminders and Calendar Reminders
– Creating Proposals for Prospective Clients
– Account Setup during Onboarding Process
– Helping put together resources for following up with prospects

Experience:

– Need to be able to work with different software
– Need to be able to work with Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
– Need to be able to be coachable, learn, and adapt quickly
