Negotiator/Influencer Relationship Coordinator

I run a Shopify store selling beauty products. As an online business, its main source of revenue is through content creators who make videos showcasing the product and posting it to my Tiktok and Instagram pages.

I am looking for a part-time influencer relationship coordinator who is an expert in negotiation to assist me in signing up new talent, and managing the existing relationship with influencers and content creators.

Responsibilities:
– Negotiate deals with content creators
– Sending contracts (via Docusign) and content briefs
– Organising deliveries to creators with 3PL
– Managing invoices and setting payment reminders
– Managing talent pipeline
– Logging interactions into CRM

Required:
– Fluent in english
– Extensive negotiation experience
– Excellent written communication skills
– Strong internet connection

Hours: Will start with 1 hour per day (split into 2-4 blocks per day). Depending on business needs, this could increase to 2-3 per hours per day.

Who is this for: This role will suit a skilled professional who is already employed and is looking to make a little extra money. You do not need to have experience in the influencer/social media industry, what’s most important is that you are an excellent negotiator and have highly proficient written communication skills.

Location: Remote

Duration: Depending on if you meet my expectations after you start and/or show good potential, this will be an on-going role. In other words, it could last anywhere from 3 weeks, to 3 months, to even longer depending on my businesses needs.
