KV Technology manages a small portfolio of 3 SaaS businesses and 1 digital marketing company (product launches and affiliate marketing). Each of these companies is led by one main person responsible for being the ‘head of the company.’ This includes Neil and Steven, who both lead one company.

Over the last 7 years, we have generated over $10 million USD in sales via just one of the affiliate network platforms we are active on, and our current SaaS companies have just passed ‘Problem Solution Fit’ and are on the way to Product Market Fit stage ($10 – $35K MRR each).

And guess what?

Both Neil and Steven would like to be replaced so they can focus on expanding the portfolio!

An important growth lever in our portfolio’s strategy is cross-promotion, so with more well-running businesses, it compounds the success of the rest.

What’s in it for you?

Neil will personally coach you to become a business owner. There’s a lot that goes into day by day of being a business owner, including but not limited to:

– And a whole lot more.

You will walk away with invaluable real-life skills, so even if you decide to go your own way, you can easily become a fractional (or full-time) CEO/CMO or COO at another company.

Think about this for a minute:
In the past, people have paid us over $250,000 in fees and profit share to get business coaching for their digital marketing and SaaS businesses. And that was just my involvement.

Now, we want to offer me and my team – and without charging you a single cent.

So how will this work?
Like anything worthwhile in life, it won’t be a piece of cake handed to you cut and dry on your plate.

Phase 1
We will kickstart this with a cohort of 10-20 people. There will be no salary for the first month, and in that time, you will do coaching sessions with me twice a week (2 hours for each session). Based on your attendance and the willingness to go above and beyond those coaching sessions, you will earn your place in the 2nd phase. Half of the cohort will be rejected by the end of Phase 1.

Phase 2
In phase 2, which will last 2 more months, we will continue with our weekly coaching sessions, but now you will have more responsibility to produce marketing and sales assets that will be executed. Your salary at this time will be $500/mo, and the cohort size will be between 6 to 10 people. If you make a good impression in this phase, you will move into Phase 3.

Remember those who paid me $250,000+ in fees and profit share to pick my brain? Now you are getting paid to be coached by me, and it’s only the start.

Phase 3
Weekly coaching sessions continue. This time, we will work with a cohort of 3-5 people (maximum) for the next 6 months. Your salary will be $1,000/mo. Just because you make it to this round doesn’t mean that you are guaranteed this role for the next 6 months. You will be judged based on your actual results. Not on your output but your impact on the business.

Phase 4
Finally, for ONE lucky person, we will offer you a business to run. You will take one of our bootstrapped, profitable businesses and be responsible for growing it while maintaining profitability. This time, you will be offered a choice. Go for the safe route and take $2,000/mo + 10% of profit share, or take a 33% profit share. And as for becoming an owner, we have 20% equity on the table regardless of the option you choose, and it will vest over 3 years. So, in case of an exit, you also get a share of the business.

What we are looking for
We need a future business owner to whom we can give a profitable business to run. If that’s you, then you should:

Have a crazy good work ethic, and you must truly care – about the business, the customers, and the team you inherit.
Have some experience in working in an online business – it just makes the transition easier,
You must be able to take responsibility and ownership of your work, think critically and out of the box to solve problems, and grow the business.

Look – this is a great opportunity for the right person. This is not a fit for everyone. But for those looking to transition into running their own mentor-led business and making good money along the way, this works.

And you don’t need to be great at everything. We will coach you, and you will find things you are good at in that process. I am great at running webinars and copywriting. But I suck at ads (luckily, we have people for that). You will find your zone of genius, and we will help you along the way.

In return, you will grow one of our portfolio companies, get paid, and become an owner in the process.
