.Net Developer with knowledge on WPF

We are specializing in developing productivity software solutions for Microsoft Outlook. We are currently seeking a skilled WinForms/WPF Developer to build our project and contribute to the migration of our existing WinForms-based Outlook Add-in to WPF.
Job Description:
As a WinForms/WPF Developer, you will be responsible for migrating our Microsoft Outlook Add-in from WinForms to WPF, leveraging your expertise in both frameworks. You will work closely with our development team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and an improved user experience. You will also be involved in enhancing and maintaining the add-in’s functionality, performance, and stability.
Responsibilities:
Migrate the existing WinForms-based Microsoft Outlook Add-in to WPF, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to existing functionality.
Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes using WPF, C#, and .NET technologies.
Optimize the add-in’s performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing interface.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in WPF development and apply them to improve the add-in’s architecture and user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in developing WinForms and WPF applications.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
In-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience in creating visually appealing user interfaces.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook Add-in development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office APIs and COM interop.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
