Job Title: NetSuite Administrator
Department: Engineering
Location: Philippines
Position Summary:
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the company’s NetSuite system. This includes the implementation of new functionality, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and working with the team to optimize system performance.
Responsibilities:
– Configure and maintain NetSuite system to meet business requirements
– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise
– Work with the team to optimize system performance
– Implement new functionality as required
– Provide training to users on system functionality
– Manage system security and access controls
– Stay current with new NetSuite releases and features
– Work with other IT team members to ensure integration with other systems
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite
– Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and capabilities
– Experience with system customization, including scripting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with system integration and data migration
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
– NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
