We implemented Netsuite in the business over 1 year ago and and have ongoing changes that are needed. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of the Netsuite platform and can make changes as needed by the company. Some development skills would also be good. For example we we with standard costing and want to change to variable costing and if
the right candidate had the skills and knowledge to implement this change that would be good but not essential. Part of the development we did was a bespoke
We sell furniture and there is an ongoing requirement to create new parts as the sales team sell something that is not on the system. This part of the role is very admin based but is a daily task and critical to the success of the business as the orders cannot be processed unless the parts are created and they must be created accurately. The details are put on a Smartsheet and then the parts need to be created.
Below is a list of the ongoing tasks on Netsuite.
Fix any NetSuite errors that users encounter in day-to-day use
Deal with all the NetSuite Admin reminders
Reschedule maintenance if it falls within working hours, consider US working hours too.

Creating new NetSuite reports/searches as required
To give an idea of what we need resolving here is a list of Current Issues that we are working through on Netsuite;
Issue with changing to Proforma Forms on Sales Orders – edit transaction > select new form under the System Information tab > once page has reloaded, set the “required deposit amount” field in the items subtab to 0 > save the transaction > select the relevant form button at the top of the page to match up the actual form and the displayed form
This needs to be resolved by recreating the 2 ProForma Sales Forms (they are currently based on the progress billing form which is causing the issue), but we need to consider Workflow, scripting and PDF impacts of this change.
Issue with configurable item reaching it’s max configured items – mark some of it’s matrix items as inactive, make sure that they are not being used in current transactions.
Fix the configurator custom records for the latest fabric import
Fix the ability to self-approve POs
This cannot be fixed until the PO approval workflow is working for other subsidiaries (eg. Table Place Chairs)
It is a good idea to still leave the ability for admins to manually change the approval status so if things do not work as anticipated for whatever reason, the PO can still be released.
Fix Self-Approving Expenses
Ensure all transactions are showing the correct “Record Created By” user, some transactions don’t show this correctly, (mainly when they are “created from” or copied from other transactions
Purchase Order expense lines do not show in the PO PDF
Make sure Key Account equity store quotes & orders are being reported correctly on the relevant reports. (Quotes Raised, Sales Won, Outstanding Orders, Sales Invoicing, etc)
This needs to be updated on the Key Account reports too
This role also requires reports to be generated using Netsuite and integrating data from Pipedrive our CRM system
