Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Data Specialist to join our team. As a NetSuite Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data within the NetSuite ERP system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, as well as drive data migration, data cleansing, and data integration initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis and manipulation within NetSuite will contribute to the overall success of our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain data within the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Perform data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into NetSuite from various sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop data models, and implement effective data structures in NetSuite.
Develop and implement data integration solutions, utilizing tools and technologies such as SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, or Dell Boomi, to facilitate seamless data exchange between NetSuite and other applications.
Conduct data analysis and data cleansing activities to identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolution and support to end-users.
Create and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documentation.
Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and industry best practices related to data management and data governance.
Collaborate with NetSuite support and third-party vendors for issue resolution and system troubleshooting related to data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a NetSuite Data Specialist or similar role, with expertise in data management and manipulation within the NetSuite ERP system.
Strong understanding of data migration and integration concepts, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis within NetSuite.
Experience with data integration tools such as SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, or Dell Boomi.
Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and data quality management.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
