NetSuite ERP / Supply Chain Analyst

As our company enters new growth stages, we are looking for an extremely motivated right hand to assist with all business operations and growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in chaos, has exceptional attention to detail, is quick on their feet, and able to pick up new systems quickly. Tasks can range greatly, from helping route container shipments to building a social media pipeline to new product sales outreach.

The position is fully remote, we expect the applicant to have a fast laptop/computer, general office program applications, and reliable fast internet service.

Experience in the consumer products space is required.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
• MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel – Advanced Knowledge
• ERP – Advanced Knowledge (NetSuite Preferred) – Explain your experience with your current ERP system.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• EDI, Order Management, and Supply Chain Experience
• Big Box and C-Store Experience
• General understanding of the retail sales pipeline.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• A deep understanding of consumer products (SKUs, Barcodes, Logistics).
• Ability to work within a team environment and individually.
• Able to wear many hats, can balance multiple projects.
• Ability to learn new retailer frameworks.

• Ability to multitask and exercise initiative and good judgment.
• Excellent accuracy and organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, volumes, and schedules.
