Nautical Staffing is looking for three (3) Network Engineers (Customer Service VAs) for our US-based client in the IT infrastructure industry.
The Customer Service VAs will assist in routing trouble tickets as well as following up with customers on open tickets. This role is more on further processing the tickets that are created. There is an opportunity to talk to customers via phone, although there is already a dedicated team that handles inbound phone requests.
Below are the available schedules and monthly rates:
**Customer Service VA 1 (Weekday overnight coverage)** – 36 hours/week – $875/month
Monday to Thursday, 8pm – 5am (US Pacific time)
**Customer Service VA 2 (Weekend coverage)** – 29 hours/week – $775/month
Friday 7pm – 12am Saturday (5 hrs) US Pacific time
Saturday 8am – 4pm Saturday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 12am – 8am Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 4pm – 12am Monday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
**Customer Service VA 3 (Weekend coverage)** – 29 hours/week – $775/month
Saturday 12am – 8am Saturday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Saturday 4pm – 12am Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Sunday 8am – 4pm Sunday (8 hrs) US Pacific time
Monday 12am – 5am Monday (5 hrs) US Pacific time
For weekend coverage, the ticket volume is low, but the tickets are usually high priority, so they need to be processed immediately/as they come in.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience in network troubleshooting and IT ticketing system is strictly required
– Understanding of IT networks (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) is strictly required
– There must be NO CONFLICT in schedule with your other work commitments
