THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

You’ll be responsible for making things happen behind the scenes to support our investors.

Working in a small team, you’ll contribute to the improvement of our services, automation of processes whilst liaising with the other team members.

We will provide all the training you need to thrive and grow in this position – as long as you are passionate and motivated you will be a great fit for this position.

Responsibilities:

– Property analysis – helping source potential deals for investors using Rightmove and other UK property software.
– Finding opportunities and presenting them to the team
– Property emails – sending out emails to potential sellers and estate agents.
– Marketing emails
– Research – google my maps, to find key data points for properties to support deal analysis.
– Brochures – pull together brochure packs for properties.
– Investments packs – pull together investment packs for properties to support presentation to investors.
– Collating media/photos – to support brochure and / investment pack creation.
– Social media – supporting the management of leads through social media platforms.

This role is key to the success of our business. You will be increasing efficiency across many areas of our business by creating our investment packs and improving our processes. You will be instrumental in helping us grow and develop our business

PAY AND HOURS

The starting rate for this role will be between: $4.00 per hour.
With a view to increase after 3 month period and based on performance.

– This position is available from the 19th of August 2023.

– This is a Long term position.

– Provisional Schedule:
8am – 11am UK Tuesday
8am – 11am UK Thursday

– You will be available for at least: 6 hours per week.
Possibility of additional hours after the first 2 months.

– We will pay you weekly – every Friday.

– We give one day’s paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.

– We offer performance-related bonus
