YOUR ROLE

Responsible for making things happen behind the scenes so that our guests and tenants have an amazing experience.

Working in a small team, you’ll be contributing to the improvement of our services, leading the social media strategy and delivery across Facebook, Instagram and Youtube while liaising with other team members, and resolving problems.

We’ll be giving you all the training you need to thrive in your new role – as long as you are passionate and motivated you will be a great fit for this position.

This role is instrumental to the success of our business. You will be increasing efficiency across many areas of our business by leading the creation and management of social media channels, including websites, creating our operations manuals and creating simple effective business processes. All in all this will help us create the amazing experiences we need to get great guest reviews

PAY AND HOURS – WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

The starting rate for this role will be between: $4 with view to increasing to $5.5 long-term.

This position is available from beginning of September 2023.
This is a long-term position.

Provisional Schedule:
10 am to 12 pm UK Monday
10 am to 12 pm UK Tuesday
10 am to 12 pm UK UK Wednesday
10 am to 12 pm pm UK Thursday
10 am to 12 pm pm UK Friday

Some flexible working hours will be possible after the first 2 months of employment.

You will be available for at least:
10 hours per week

We will pay you weekly on a Friday.

– One day’s paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays
– Pay review every 12 months
– Performance review every 3 months
