Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success and Engagement Specialist (CSE) to speak in realtime with new leads coming into Solaris Whole Health (a nutrition company), enhancing client relationships, driving engagement, and increasing sales of session packages and supplements. The role specifically involves focusing on new incoming leads, conducting intakes, and qualifying new leads to ensure a good fit and likelihood of success for both parties. The CSE combines strong interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented approach to deepen client relationships and promote the extensive offerings of and The Solaris Premium Collection ()

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Sales Focus: Proactively engage with new incoming leads to understand their needs, recommend appropriate session packages or supplements, and ensure a seamless service experience. Drive the sale of additional services and products to existing and new clients, enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.

Lead Qualification and Intake: Conduct initial intake sessions with potential clients to gather necessary information, assess their needs, and determine the likelihood of a successful partnership. Qualify new leads to ensure they align with the company’s target demographic and service offerings.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction with SWH and SPC services.

Client Support and Communication: Respond to client inquiries using specific scripts aligned with company values, provide detailed information about services and products, and maintain regular contact with the Solaris teams for understanding projects and deliverables.

Content Creation: Engage in social media outreach, create and post content to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and community building.

Presentation Development: Create and edit engaging PowerPoint and Canva presentations for various client and internal needs.

General Client Services: Handle scheduling appointments, registering new clients, invoicing appointments, securing payments, and placing client orders in Shopify and other payment programs.

Virtual: Answer phones in realtime with Computer Access: M-F 7am-4:30pm EST – EAST COAST US time

KEY Qualifications:

Excellent English; clear, concise pronunciation and excellent comprehension of the english language and context a MUST.

A proven track record of increased sales and customer satisfaction across different verticals in the United States; east coast sales experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a core competency in identifying customer needs, and relaying in persuasive and clear communication how we can help for a win/win relationship; for their improved health, vitality and productivity and our business health via increased sales.

Sales-oriented with a passion for client service and experience in upselling products or services that are truly needed, particularly focusing on new incoming leads and their qualification

Highly organized with attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude and an eagerness for learning and professional development.

Extremely tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools like CRM’s (GHL, HubSpot etc), Excel, Word, and other systems.

Trustworthy with a strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional regulation.

A team player with compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to the company’s mission and goals.

Health related industry experience a PLUS
