New Product Expert + Light Sales
Rapidly growing US Based e-commerce company looking for a very good writer to help us with our new product uploads and light customer service/sales. Even better if you also know some SEO. 😉 We have been in business for about 6 years and focus on dropshipping high-end relaxation products such as massage chairs, zero gravity recliners, lift chairs, NIR Saunas and water features. We currently sell across two different Shopify Stores in the following channels: our website ( and ), Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and Houzz plus work with the US government. One store does about 95% of our business.
You will work Sunday – Thursday from 8am – 4pm MST. You will be the only person to answer phones on Sundays.
Duties will include:
* New product uploads from draft to publishing. We are a Shopify store. This process is not complicated or hard, just requires attention to detail and good mastery of the English language as well as best SEO practices. You will be responsible for all product updates and changes across our stores.
* On-site SEO
* You will manage oour listings across all channels: our Shopify stores, Amazon, eBay, Houzz and Walmart.
* Light admin / customer service during the week to support the team.
* Answering and responding to all calls, texts and emails on Sundays.
This is a full-time position. You will have a base salary and access to performance-based bonuses.
