Job Description

We need a senior marketing manager to market our clients’ brands and products on our website and social media. This role is part-time to start but as sales grow in sales and clients it will progress to full-time.

15 – 20 hours/week
Work at hours convenient to you

Your daily responsibilities would include:
• Marketing and site management for our eCommerce store based on the Shopify platform and Printful, which supplies our products
• Creating new products on Printful and adding them to linked Shopify store; ensuring consistently styled, effective mockups for each (Note about this: Printful makes it easy to apply branding to products and auto-populates mockups based on your graphic placements. You need to have a great eye for graphic design, knowing what color combos will sell, etc.)
• Create, manage and update marketing campaigns for social media and email.
• Send a daily report through slack detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
• Experience managing Shopify listings (no coding necessary)
• Excellent aesthetic eye so you can create compelling product images, mockups, and marketing assets
• Experience generating sales for eCommerce stores.

This is a new venture, so it’s important that you are:

• Proactive communicator (i.e. if a goal I set is unrealistic for you, you’ll tell me and we’ll set realistic expectations together)

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
• Gmail and other email applications Google Docs
• Notion (very easy to learn – it’s how I organize the business and make tasks easily repeatable)
• Slack
• Shopify
• Printful
• Mockup generators like RawPixel or Placeit
• Photoshop (or similar)

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you:
• Social media management
• Short Form Video editing (TikTok, Reels, etc.)

This is a part-time position to start, but will grow as we start to onboard more clients
• 15 – 20 hours/week
You can work ANYTIME you want as long as you can complete all the required tasks each week.
• You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
• We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
• 13th month honored
