Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility in work hours. As a Virtual Assistant with Diadem Capital, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that contribute to our company’s success.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
* Proficiency in using Google Workspace (docs, sheets).
* Basic knowledge of WordPress or willingness to learn.
* Ability to research and extract data effectively.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts.
* Eager to learn new skills and help with any tasks needed.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
* Good internet connection, and ability to have weekly video calls at 8pm Manila Time
Ideal Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry tasks to support our operations.
* Marketing / Social Media: Assist with social media content creation and scheduling, marketing campaigns, and analytics.
* Admin Assistance / E-Mail: Manage emails, organize schedules, and provide administrative support.
* Simple Updates to WordPress: Perform basic updates to our WordPress website.
* Lead Scraping of Investors or Founder Lists: Research and compile lists for outreach purposes.
* LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential partners and clients through LinkedIn.
* Crisp Chat Responses: Provide prompt and helpful responses to inquiries through Crisp Chat.
* Building Knowledgebase / FAQ: Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for our website.
* Set Up Automations with IFTTT or Zapier: Streamline processes through automation tools.
* Experience with automation tools like IFTTT or Zapier is a plus.
Location: This is a remote position, and candidates from the Philippines are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
* Monthly salary: $500+ for full-time (40 hours/week). Open to part time as well.
* Flexible work hours; you can choose the time of day that suits you best.
* We will quickly increase the salary and bonuses as you prove yourself capable of handling more tasks
