We’re looking for a freelance Newsletter Creative Writer to play a key role in driving Dribbble’s creative strategy. As a Newsletter Creative Writer at Dribbble, you will help define and steward the voice of our brand across all of our platforms. We’ll look to you to create copy that builds a strong sense of connection to our brand, helping us to elevate the tone and voice of our messaging. You will develop clear and engaging content to describe and position our products.

As a member of the branding team, you’ll take ownership for writing and editing copy for a variety of projects, including advertisements, landing pages, and social media. You will report directly to the Director of Growth.

As a Newsletter Creative Writer, you’ll be responsible for:
– Masterfully crafting captivating and innovative brand messaging for a diverse array of internal and external touch-points, spanning advertising, social media channels, blog content, emails, landing pages, and slide decks.
– Fostering collaborative partnerships with the branding and broader marketing team to conceptualize and execute high-level strategies that will significantly influence the branding team’s output.
– Expertly simplifying intricate subjects into easily digestible language, while offering insightful recommendations on the optimal scope and type of copywriting support required for various projects and initiatives.
– Proactively devising ingenious solutions for seamlessly scaling on-brand copy across multiple teams, product lines, projects, and communication channels.
– Maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring all final deliverables exhibit exceptional attention to detail and are impeccably polished, free from errors.
– Remaining updated on relevant style guidelines and brand voice to ensure consistent and coherent messaging throughout all communications.
– Leveraging SEO principles to optimize the reach and resonance of our messaging with the intended target audience.
– Consistently pushing the boundaries of creativity, crafting fresh and compelling copy that deeply resonates with the desired audience and leaves a lasting impact.

We’re looking for:
– 5+ years of experience and a proven track record as a dynamic and accomplished copywriter or in a comparable role. We seek an individual with a demonstrated expertise in crafting persuasive narratives that ignite engagement and incite action. Impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are essential prerequisites.
– Unwavering commitment to delivering excellence. You embody a relentless dedication to producing high-quality work, taking full ownership of your projects and ensuring their successful completion. You proactively follow up to ensure resolutions are reached.
– Astute and resourceful problem-solving capabilities. You exhibit the ability to discern the most effective approaches to accomplishing tasks while aligning with the objectives and preferences of leaders. Your open-mindedness and curiosity are complemented by your strong problem-solving acumen.
– Proficiency in SEO copywriting best practices. Your in-depth comprehension of SEM, SEO, and content marketing strategies equips you to optimize copy for enhanced online visibility and effectiveness.
– Exceptional time-management and organizational prowess. Your adeptness at multitasking allows you to effortlessly handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding results.
