We are Jim’s Group, Australia’s largest franchise brand, and are looking for newsletter expert to join our team. Are you a skilled and experienced newsletter writer who can create captivating and informative content for a variety of audiences? Do you have a knack for designing and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions? If yes, then you might be the ideal candidate for the newsletter expert position at Jim’s Group.
As a newsletter expert, you will be producing and delivering a weekly email newsletter for multiple Jim’s divisions. You will also need to:
• Research and write original and relevant content that showcases our value proposition and showcases our success stories
• Design and format the newsletter using email marketing software such as Mailchimp
• Manage and grow the subscriber list, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws
• Monitor and analyze the newsletter performance, using metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and more
• Test and implement new ideas and best practices to improve the newsletter quality and effectiveness
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• At least 2 years of experience in newsletter writing and email marketing
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using email marketing tools and platforms
• Creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for finding new ways to engage and delight the readers
