Job Description

Our company seeks a creative and organized Newsletter Producer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging content? for newsletters and social media posts across various platforms using scheduling tools.

Job Overview:
Design and format the newsletters using email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact,? ?Hubspot? , and other CRM software programs?.? Manage the subscriber list, segment subscribers based on demographics and interests, and implement strategies to grow the list.
Analyze email marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports, including insights on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving email marketing strategy.? ?Have a good understanding of Google SEO and Google analytics.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports, including engagement, reach, and conversion rate insights.?
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving the company’s social media strategy.? Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Required technical skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in email marketing? and social media management,
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.? ?
Send a daily report through email detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

Gmail and other email applications

Facebook and Instagram Ads management
Google SEO.
Communications apps like Zoom and Whats App
Project management software and DropBox
Time management or time-tracking software
Have a personal Facebook and Instagram account

This is a full-time position. Mondays – Fridays. You can work anytime you want as long as you can complete all the required tasks. You’ll qualify for three vacation leaves and three sick leaves after the six-month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
You’ll be working primarily with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team.
