We are one of the leaders in online dating. Our agency helps people find the love that we all seek and deserve. In the last three years, we have held over 300 dates and four weddings for our couples.

We seek a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Night Shift Communication Specialist. As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for writing and answering letters and communicating via chat with men. This position requires at least 8 hours per day during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Write and answer letters professionally.
Engage in chat conversations with men, providing prompt and courteous responses.
Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all written and verbal communications.
Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all communication activities.
Collaborate with team members to share information and resolve any issues that arise.
Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards set by the company.

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to write professionally and engagingly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
Ability to adapt to different communication styles and adjust tone as necessary.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Availability to work during the night shift, from 8 pm to 8 am.

Salary (not fixed): first months 100-300$, then according to your performance.

Training:
Training will be provided during the morning, starting at 7 am and concluding at 12 pm.
