NIGHT SHIFT Customer Chat Moderator (11PM – 7AM, 6 Days/Week)

HIRING NOW. WE ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT QUICKLY.

I will be vague here but will explain more in the DMs if you think you will be a good fit.

You will be a chat-only operator who will talk to existing customers and potential customers.

You will be anonymous to them and will not be required to talk to them on the phone or video. It is strictly chat only.

You will sell them our products and services.

Everyone who you talk to will be a warm lead who wants our products, so selling should be easy.

Regardless, extensive paid training will be provided. This will be one-on-one with our training manager.

You will also be provided with documents and video training that explain the process more and will regularly get updated information.

Experience as a chat operator is preferred but absolutely not required to be considered for the position.

However, an open mind is required and you must be willing/able to work the night shift, 6 days per week.

The only shift we have available is from 11pm – 7am PH time.

Your work days will be Saturday – Thursday PH days. Friday will be your rest day.

The position is performance-based, based on tiers of earning. Your entry-level compensation will be starting at $2/hour USD + 2% commission with the opportunity for bonuses, raises and potential overtime if you want it.

As tenure and performance increase, your compensation will also.
