In the beginning, the main focus will be the following:
– You will be responsible for delegating tasks to my team of ninja VAs on a daily basis
– You will be responsible for delegating tasks to my team of ninja VAs on a weekly basis
– You will be responsible for delegating tasks to my team of ninja VAs on a monthly basis
– You will be responsible for verifying that the tasks that my team of ninja VAs has completed are up to our high standards
– If the tasks are not completed up to our high standards, you will be responsible for communicating to the individual in a polite, constructive and nice way, that they need to correct / redo the delivery
– You will be responsible for overseeing the number of hours worked by our ninja VAs on a daily basis
– You will be responsible for overseeing the number of hours worked by our ninja VAs on a weekly basis
– You will be responsible for overseeing the number of hours worked by our ninja VAs on a monthly basis
– Build a really good CULTURE for my team of virtual assistants
– Build a really good way of communication for our whole team of virtual assistants, our team will become more productive, efficient and happy (read: choosing technology or platform of main communication)
– Having 1:1 video calls individually with every member of my virtual team, so you can better understand what drives them
– Having 1:1 video calls individually with every member of my virtual team, so you can better understand what their goals are
– Having 1:1 video calls individually with every member of my virtual team, so you can better understand what makes them happy
– Report the findings above back to me, so you and me, together can create the best remote work culture and environment in the world
However, it is a BIG plus, if you have previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
– You have experience working as a Chief Operating Officer for a company
– You have experience working as a Chief Operating Officer for an international company
