Hourly Rate: $1 per hour (Being on-call with no active calls), Higher rate for active scheduling and call handling.

Friday 6:00 PM to Monday 8:30 AM (Weekend shift)
Job Description:
Are you a master of organization, communication, and problem-solving? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every moment counts? If so, we’re seeking an on-call operator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
You will have access to our Wellsky system and will be on call after normal business hours for all 3 of our office locations, ensuring seamless care for our clients. Here’s what your role will entail:
On-Call Availability: You will be assigned a number and be on-call every hour during the scheduled shifts. You’ll receive $1 USD per hour for being available, if you have a call or need to make schedule changes, you will receive $2 USD.
Call Handling: When a caregiver calls out, you will swing into action. Your responsibilities include:
Contacting other active caregivers to find coverage for the shift.
Communicating with the client to inquire if they are comfortable with a substitute caregiver or if they prefer to go without during the shift.
Adding notes to profiles and shifts related to the call.
Managing inquiries from clients and caregivers promptly and professionally.
Scheduling: You will be responsible for working on our scheduling system, ensuring that shifts are covered efficiently, adding detailed notes of any changes to rates, shift days, shift times, or caregivers, and making adjustments as necessary.
Client Communication: You will contact clients, their families, and if needed their POAs to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with scheduling software (experience with ClearCare is a plus).
Availability for the specified shift hours, including weekends.
Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a bonus but not required.
