We are a 5+ year established Ecommerce business that sells items such as blankets, pillows, and wall art. We are seeking a few customer support team members to work with us 5+ days per week; NO inbound/outbound calls are required for this job. Strong English written command is necessary for this position. The primary duties will involve handling our day-to-day Customer Support interactions via email, online messages, and text only.

The ideal candidate will:
1. Have quick and dependable internet connection, & can show up each day to communicate with our team via skype & google hangouts.
2. Be able to write English grammar at a high level (to avoid misspellings on communications with customers about the products and their orders).
3. Be able to work 40 hours/5 days per week, and somewhere in the hours between 8am and 9pm US Central Standard Time.
4. Be very detail oriented and self motivated on tasks.
5. This position could be long term for the right candidate. The first 2-3 weeks of training will be at $1/hour, as we’ll need to pay for resources to ensure you’re properly trained; once you’ve proven that you’re trained and able to work without supervision, we’ll increase the pay to $2/hour within the first 30 days training, and then to $3/hour after the first 60 days with us; upwards of $5-$6/hour during the first 12-18 months with us. Paid weekly, each Friday.
