POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of a Sourcepass NOC Team is to ensure the customers success within Sourcepass. This success is driven by Sourcepass providing world class service, proactive maintenance and monitoring, backup & recovery, and securing infrastructure. The NOC team is key to providing these core support services. The hours for this position are 9am-6pm EST Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
NOC Services
Deployment Validation
Endpoint software Upgrades
Deployment Validation
Resolving failed updates
Installation of Missing feature updates: 1809, 1903, 1909
Scheduling server rebooted as needed
Deploy and configure backup agents and policies
Troubleshoot backup agent alerts
Recover files and full system restores
DNS filtering Maintenance
LogMeIn Maintenance
Services True ups
Ticket Management
Project work as assigned
Ticket Status, Types, Billable, Boards, SLA’s, etc.
Complete tickets which you are assigned
If time allows, review unassigned tickets to be worked on within skillset
Submitted at the end of the week
Antivirus Maintenance
Windows Updates Maintenance
Backup and Recovery
Miscellaneous Services
To be onboarded to Sourcepass’ ticket process and workflows
Review tickets on NOC board
Timesheets to be completed end of business for the current day
Assistance with Sourcepass internal projects, Research and Development, Proof on Concepts, Etc.

Arrives to work on time and ready to take action
Motivated to resolve issues efficiently.
A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!)
Good communicator
Top Notch troubleshooting skills
Follows documentation and offers suggestions for improvements

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
