Role Overview:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high-volume inboxes, identifying buying signals, negotiating, and effectively leveraging customer emotions. Your objective is to establish rapport, engage in meaningful conversations, and drive sales. This role demands exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
– Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of customer messages.
– Identify buying signals and take appropriate actions to convert leads into sales.
– Negotiate with customers to achieve optimal outcomes.
– Leverage customer emotions to build strong, lasting relationships.
– Constructively handle criticism and strive for continuous improvement.
– Maintain a competitive and motivated attitude to achieve and exceed targets.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales or customer support.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage customer emotions effectively.
– Ability to handle high-pressure situations and a demanding workload with composure.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– A competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed and earn.
– Quick learner who responds well to constructive feedback.
Compensation:
$500 during a 4-week probation period (with the possibility for top performers to bypass probation).
Post-probation salary of $250 bi-weekly, plus performance-based bonuses of up to $1,500.
Top performers can earn up to $2,000 per month and be assigned to the most significant accounts.
