We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help grow and improve customer success. The Customer Service Agent position is designed to help new and existing clients by producing seamless and professional customer service. The successful candidate has great analytical and comprehension skills, a Great understanding of technology, and1 a year of technical background in his/her work experiences.

Requirements

1. 1 year of Technical support experience (more web-based and less of an IT service desk hardware support)

2. Experience providing support to a SaaS and an E-commerce company is required

3. Experience with any of these omnichannel platforms is required (Zendesk, Gorgias Shopify, Re:amaze, Salesforce, Intercom)

4. Experience with HTML is required

5. Problem-solving skills

6. Eager to learn

7. Detail-oriented

8. Ability to ask good questions and take initiative

9. Comprehensive (can read between the lines, understand context clues, see the big picture, etc)

10. 8GB RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)

11. Stable internet connection – 15 +mbps

12. Has a stable internet connection, hardware, and power – with backups in case of outages

Responsibilities

Assist customers with billing/pricing questions and in setting up/figuring out how to use the omnichannel platform
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through online portals/systems
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Serve as a product expert to support customer needs
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Provide amazing customer service!
