As a Notion Admin/Project Manager at AI Smart Marketing, you will keep track of all of our projects as they pertain to Clients, Courses, and Events. AISM is aimed at empowering our clients to systematize their businesses using cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and that our internal operations are optimized for success through the seamless integration of AI-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Notion Organization and Management for Client Fulfillment and Team Tasks: Oversee end-to-end service delivery to clients, ensuring all assets, requirements, and processes are in place for a seamless experience by keeping tasks, deadlines and Notion all up to date.
2. Task Optimization: Champion our teams ability to stay on top of all projects and keep things on time for clients, courses and events.
3. Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvements in client and employee workflows and processes. Bring ideas to the team and lead the implementation of improvement plans.
4. Project Database Ownership: Take ownership of the agency’s project database to keep the team on track.
